By placing an order on our website, the customer accepts the conditions described below.

Processing times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
  • Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (track & trace).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Shipments to United Kingdom are handled by YunExpress (international courier). After customs clearance, final delivery is handled by USPS. Estimated delivery time: 5-8 working days. Real-time tracking available.

The delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary in the event of high demand, public holidays, logistical conditions or customs checks.

Belgraviagrace is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Free shipping:

Clara&Pine proudly offers free shipping within the United States. Regardless of the amount of your order or where you live in the country, you will receive free shipping. This offer reflects our commitment to making the shopping experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@clarapine.com for further instructions on returning your order. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

Responsibility during shipping

  • If the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered correctly, responsibility passes to the customer.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Any errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Clara&Pine is not responsible for parcels lost or not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
